Our Story
In 1990, the six Johnson brothers had a dream, a roadside shack, and a firm grip on what the American diner wanted. They named it after the proud rooster, and got to work.
Three decades and change later, Cocks has grown into the nation's most trusted family restaurant, according to a survey we conducted ourselves, of ourselves. Every wing is still hand-tossed. Every sausage is still hand-stuffed. Every roll is still buttered tableside, with eye contact, the way Grandpa Johnson insisted.
